LIVONGO-DIABETES MANAGEMENT:
This program is offered at no cost to MTS employees and family members covered through MTS's medical plan and diagnosed with diabetes.

Short and Long-term disability insurance is available to employees at group rates
401(K) PLAN:
After new employees have completed 6 months of service they are eligible to enter MTS's 401(K) Plan. Employees can invest in any combination of 18 mutual funds, and MTS match to the employee contribution is 25%, up to 20% gross pay. Employees are 100% vested in the 401(K) Plan upon entry.

Bereavement Pay/Funeral Leave:
MTS employees shall be granted time off with pay of bereavement and to attend a funeral as follows:

3 paid days: Employee's spouse, child or parent (includes "step" relationships of the same sort)
