Based in Grand Rapids (Byron Center), Michigan, and affiliated with Martin Transportation Systems (MTS), Bay Logistics began operations in 1994 at a rented 20,000 square foot space in Canton, Michigan on behalf of General Motors. This requirement soon blossomed into a 269,000 square foot, build-to-suit, rail-served distribution center in Romulus, Michigan!

Today, Bay Logistics owns and operates over three million square feet of space spread across a network of fifteen distribution centers and seven auxiliary warehouses in Michigan, Indiana, Arizona, and Mexico.
