Corporate Driver of the Month November 2017

Martin Transportation Systems wishes to congratulate Michael Swartz  from our Marshall, MI terminal as Corporate Driver of the Month for November 2017!

In his nomination, Leslie Pickens, Marshall Terminal Manager, stated “Mike (Michael) has been a driver with MTS for 5 years. He is very dependable and courteous to other drivers and our customers. He’s always willing to help other drivers if they have any problems no matter if it’s here in Marshall or any other terminals. He’s always willing to go above and beyond whatever he needs to do to get the load done. Mike has earned the nickname “swami” because of his driver code. We all like him and appreciate his dedication to the team!”

These drivers will receive a Driver of the Month certificate, and will still be eligible in the coming months to win Corporate Driver of the Month, as long as they continue to meet the criteria.   Criteria for Driver of the Month includes fuel mileage, truck operation statistics, no CSA points, no tickets, no accidents, no log issues, no injuries, no customer complaints, no SpeedGauge issues, attitude, truck upkeep, and no at-fault late loads.
