Eugene Vernon honored as MTS Corporate Driver of the month for October 2016.


IMG_2153Martin Transportation Systems wishes to congratulate Eugene Vernon from our Laredo, TX terminal as Corporate Driver of the Month for October 2016!

In May of 1999, Eugene joined MTS in Byron Center, MI, and then transferred to the Laredo Terminal a few years ago.

In his recommendation, Sergio Perales, Laredo Terminal Manager, states, “we always see Eugene with a can-do attitude every time he arrives at the Terminal.  He’s the type of driver you can rely on day after day.  Eugene is a good example for new drivers and represents MTS well to the public.”

Congratulations to Eugene and keep up the good work!

These drivers will receive a Driver of the Month certificate, and will still be eligible in the coming months to win Corporate Driver of the Month, as long as they continue to meet the criteria.   Criteria for Driver of the Month includes fuel mileage, truck operation statistics, no CSA points, no tickets, no accidents, no log issues, no injuries, no customer complaints, no SpeedGauge issues, attitude, truck upkeep, and no at-fault late loads
