Frank Fischer honored as MTS Corporate Driver of the month for March 2016

20160506_150841Martin Transportation Systems wishes to congratulate Frank Fischer from our Port Huron, MI terminal as Corporate Driver of the Month for March 2016!

In her nomination, Terminal Manager Sheri Plant stated, “Frank was hired in June of 2010. He is an awesome guy with a great personality and work ethic. He does his dedicated run and then he does extra loads for us every day due to staffing adjustments. Frank is never late for his appointments and volunteers to work every weekend if his run is not going. Frank has no negative CSA points and takes good care of the equipment. He runs Cambridge to Flint every day. When his run went down for a month, he volunteered to go over the road. That is the kind of guy he is. He brightens every office he walks into with his upbeat attitude, positive personality, and his wicked sense of humor. Frank is approachable and friendly with customers and coworkers.” Thanks for all you do Frank!

These drivers will receive a Driver of the Month certificate, and will still be eligible in the coming months to win Corporate Driver of the Month, as long as they continue to meet the criteria.   Criteria for Driver of the Month includes fuel mileage, truck operation statistics, no CSA points, no tickets, no accidents, no log issues, no injuries, no customer complaints, no SpeedGauge issues, attitude, truck upkeep, and no at-fault late loads.
